Online Booking Policy

For the safety of clients and staff we are now requiring that any appointments made online are secured with your payment card information. We will never charge the card without letting you know via email or phone call. This will just ensure we can enforce our cancelation policy and can be used for a faster checkout process upon your request.

Cancelation policy

Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s) .

Late Policy

We want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate all our clients to the best of our ability. If you're running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to adjust our schedule to accommodate you. However, if you are excessively late, we may need to shorten or modify your appointment to ensure that we can provide the best service to all of our clients. In such cases, we may need to skip services like blow-drying to respect the time of other clients and our stylists.
